- How can I book a room with you?


The easiest way to book a room is via our website or through Booking.com.
We recommend booking directly through our website.


At the moment, we offer a 10% discount for guests who book via our website and stay more than one night   (valid for up to five nights).


Payment is made through the platform where you complete your booking.
We accept the listed credit cards as well as Swish (Swish number: +46 123 51 66 947).


- I would like to stay a night on short notice, is this possible? 

Yes, it's possible! Please book your stay at our bookingsite and contact us on the phone to get the correct information for your stay! 


- I’ve booked but need to change my plans — what is your cancellation policy?


If you need to cancel your booking, this must be done via the platform where the booking was made.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 days.
Please note: if you cancel later than 7 days before arrival, no refund will be issued.

- When is the reception open?


Reception is open at the same times as breakfast is served:
Daily from 08:00–10:00.


- What is included in the price?


The price includes:


- Bed linen and towels

- Final cleaning

- Breakfast


Bed linen and towels are provided in the room, and guests make their own beds.


- I have reduced mobility — can I get help with making the bed?


Of course. Please contact us before arrival and we will arrange this for you.


- Do you have accessible rooms?


Yes, we have rooms adapted for guests with reduced mobility.
Please contact us when booking and we will help you choose the most suitable room.


- Can I opt out of anything, such as bed linen?


No. All services are included in the price and cannot be excluded.


- What applies for children?


Children are very welcome at Munkamöllan.
The area is open but calm, with limited traffic and plenty of green space to play.
High chairs are available in the breakfast room.


Prices:

- Cot (optional): 100 SEK per night

- Children aged 4–12: 175 SEK per night

- Children aged 13 and above: full price


- How should I understand the prices?


Start by selecting the number of guests.
Available rooms will then be shown. Once you select a room and confirm the number of guests,

the displayed price is final.

There are no additional charges beyond what is clearly stated.


- When can I check in?


Check-in is available from 16:00.


If reception is not staffed upon arrival, you will receive instructions via SMS or email prior to arrival.
Use the code provided to enter the reception, collect your key from the key board, and access your room.
The same key is used for the reception door.


- When is check-out?


Check-out is no later than 10:00.
Please return the key to the designated area in reception.

- What is included in breakfast?


We serve a generous, countryside-style breakfast including:

- Yogurt, sour milk, muesli, cornflakes

- Bread, butter, cheese, jam

- Cold cuts

- Eggs and caviar

- Juice, coffee, and tea

- A small pastry or seasonal extra


We also offer bread baked from a local bakery! 


We continuously work with local ingredients to create a breakfast experience with that little extra touch.

- Can we take breakfast and coffee with us?


Yes, of course.
Choose the add-on “Breakfast to go”, bring your own thermos, prepare your sandwiches

in the breakfast room, and fill your thermos with coffee or tea.


Price: 150 SEK per person.


- When is breakfast served?


Breakfast is served daily between 08:00–10:00.


- I’d like to stop by spontaneously for breakfast — is that possible?


You are very welcome to join us for breakfast. However, breakfast must be booked in advance via our booking system.
You’ll find booking links in several places on our website.

You are also welcome to book breakfast by emailing us at info@munkamollan.comor via our booking page.


Price per person: 150 SEK



- I’m a member of STF — do you offer discounts?


You are just as welcome as always, but we are no longer affiliated with STF and therefore do

not offer member discounts.


- Can I bring my dog?


Yes! We have a limited number of dog-friendly rooms.
Please select the add-on “Dog”when booking.


Price: 300 SEK per stay.


A dog bed is provided, and waste bags are available in the room.


We kindly ask all dog owners to clean up after their dogs.


- Can I stay with a motorhome?


Yes, we offer two motorhome pitches, booked as an add-on.


Price: 400 SEK per night, including:


  • Electricity hook-up

  • Access to shower and toilet

  • Use of waste disposal facilities


If you bring your own hose or water container, you may refill fresh water.
Please note that we do not currently offer grey water or toilet waste disposal.


- Do you have a licence to serve alcohol?


Not at the moment — however, you are welcome to bring your own beverages.
